BusinessHub earns a success fee of 1%–2.5% on deals where the buyer and seller were introduced through our platform, an NDA was executed, or a Deal Room was opened. This applies regardless of where the final transaction occurs.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All payments are processed securely and in AUD.
Buyers request an NDA directly through the platform. Sellers approve or decline. Once signed, the buyer gets access to protected documents without any contact details being exchanged externally.
The success fee is the seller's responsibility and is invoiced separately upon deal completion. It is explicitly outlined in the Terms of Service that both parties must agree to before listing or enquiring.
No. Subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. We don't lock you in.
